NJob Purpose
nTo manage retail sales data and develop accurate, efficient MIS reports using advanced Google Sheets formulas, data analysis and reporting tools.
NKey Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain sales, product, style code, color, designer and transaction data. N
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and financial-year-wise sales MIS. N
- Analyze sales by Style Code, Product Category, Color, Designer and Month. N
- Identify Top & Bottom selling styles/products and sales trends. N
- Prepare product-wise and year-wise sales comparison reports. N
- Develop automated reports using Google Sheets formulas and functions. N
- Create and maintain Pivot Tables, dashboards, summaries and management reports. N
- Perform data cleaning, validation and reconciliation to ensure 100% data accuracy. N
- Identify sales trends, variances and anomalies and provide actionable insights to management. N




- Improve existing MIS formats and automate repetitive reporting processes. N

- 2–4 years of experiencein MIS / Sales MIS / Retail Reporting. N
- Solid Google Sheets expertise is mandatory. N
- Good understanding of retail sales and inventory data. N
- Strong analytical and numerical skills. N
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. N
- Ability to convert raw data into meaningful management reports. N
- Experience in Apparel /Fashion / Lifestyle Retail preferred. N
