NAbout the Role:
NRealatte Ventures is looking for a senior-level Creative Strategist who can bring strong strategic thinking and copywriting expertise to our creative team.
NThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mainline marketing and advertising, including hoardings, brochures, print campaigns, banners, brand communication, and other offline marketing collaterals. The person will be responsible for developing creative concepts, writing impactful copies, and working closely with designers to transform ideas into strong, effective campaigns.
NKey Responsibilities:
NDevelop creative strategies and campaign concepts for brands and clients.
NWrite compelling copies for hoardings, banners, brochures, print advertisements, brand campaigns, and other marketing collaterals.




NLead the ideation processand provide creative direction to designers and other creative team members.
NCreate campaign themes, communication ideas, taglines, headlines, and brand messaging.
NWork closely with the design team to ensure the final creatives align with the campaign objective and communication strategy.
NUnderstand client briefs and translate them into transparent and impactful creative directions.
NParticipate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, innovative, and relevant ideas to the table.
NReview creative outputs and provide strategic inputs to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of campaigns.
NStay updated with advertising trends, consumer behaviour, market trends, and creative best practices.
NTake ownership of creative projects from brief to ideation and final execution.
NGuide and mentor junior copywriters, designers, and creative team members where required.
