Role Overview
We are seeking a practical, service-oriented IT Operations & Technology Lead to work closely with Global IT leadership on day-to-day operations, systems improvement, vendor coordination and technology projects across India. This is a collaborative delivery role: major global technology, security, policy and investment decisions remain with Global IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate IT operations and local support across India, ensuring reliable, responsive and equitable support for all teams and offices.




Work with Global IT on Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, endpoints and office technology.
Coordinate local infrastructure upgrades, office setups, relocations, technology rollouts and project-delivery improvements.
Support vendors and service providers on delivery, renewals, maintenance and issue resolution; escalate decisions as needed to Global IT.
Help maintain operational documentation, asset records, access processes, backup and security routines in line with Global IT standards.
Lead local coordination during incidents, provide transparent stakeholder updates and support root-cause follow-up with Global IT.
Identify practical improvements, automation opportunities and responsible uses of approved AI tools to improve user experience and team productivity.
