Role Description The Chef De Partie will work full time on-site at Bombon Hospitality in the Pune Division, supporting daily kitchen operations at the cafe. This role includes preparing and cooking menu items to Bombon’s standards, particularly breakfast and all-day cafe dishes, while ensuring consistent quality and presentation. The Chef De Partie will manage a specific section of the kitchen, oversee mise en place, coordinate orders during service, and maintain hygiene and food safety standards. The role also involves collaborating with the culinary team,



assisting in menu development, managing inventory for the assigned station, and supporting training of junior team members when needed.
Qualifications

Strong skills in breakfast and cafe-style cooking, with experience handling an assigned section in a professional kitchen.
Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and plate presentation during busy service periods.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage time well, and coordinate with team members and service staff.
Prior experience as a Commis or Chef De Partie in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel kitchen is preferred.
Relevant culinary education or certification is an advantage, along with familiarity with specialty coffee and modern cafe trends.
