Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with strong backend experience
Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to build production-grade backend systems
Experience working at a startup or in a fast-paced product environment
Comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces
Robust problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams
Open to building products from 0-1 and iterating quickly based on feedback
Willing to work from the office in HSR, Bengaluru
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend systems for Dodge AI's products
Own features end-to-end, from understanding the problem to production
Build reliable APIs, services, integrations,
and supporting infrastructure
Work on complex engineering problems involving AI-powered enterprise workflows
Debug production issues and improve system reliability and performance
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn ambiguous problems into simple solutions
Contribute to engineering practices as the product and team scale
