We are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with decision-makers in universities and colleges.
Schedule meetings with university leadership, faculty, and administrators.
Conduct presentations, client visits, and partnership discussions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Travel extensively to build and maintain institutional relationships.
Achieve partnership and revenue targets.

Niche Requirements
Strong understanding of the Indian Higher Education ecosystem.
Good knowledge of State Technical Universities, State Universities, Private Universities, Deemed Universities, and Autonomous Institutions across India.
Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders within educational institutions.
Experience in education, academic partnerships, EdTech, training, or institutional sales is highly preferred.





Ideal Candidate

MBA and Engineering graduates preferred.
Extroverted, confident, and comfortable engaging with senior academic leaders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of multiple Indian languages will be a solid advantage.
Strong networking ability and willingness to travel extensively.
Self-motivated individual capable of independently scheduling meetings, conducting visits, and closing deals.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Institutional Partnerships, or EdTech Sales.
Existing network within universities and colleges will be an added advantage.
