Job Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Channel Sales Assistant Manager / Manager to drive revenue through education channel partners for Hero Vired’s Online Degrees programs. The role involves end-to-end ownership of channel partner performance, activation, productivity, and revenue growth across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Management
• Manage end-to-end channel sales operations across assigned regions/cities.
• Identify, onboard, train, and activate recent education channel partners.
• Drive partner productivity, engagement, and revenue contribution.
• Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.

Revenue & Business Growth
• Achieve enrolment and revenue targets through channel-led sales.
• Monitor funnel metrics: leads, conversions, enrolments, and closures.
• Plan and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.




• Identify growth opportunities within existing and new partner networks.

Program & Product Alignment
• Ensure partners are well-versed with degree programs, working professional courses, fees,
eligibility, loan options, and specializations.
• Act as a bridge between channel partners, internal sales teams, and university SPOCs.
• Support partners with marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and local promotions.

Governance, MIS & Compliance
• Track and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS on partner performance.
• Ensure adherence to pricing, compliance, and brand guidelines.
• Resolve partner escalations and operational challenges promptly.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with central sales, marketing, ops, and academic teams.
• Provide market feedback on competition, pricing, and partner trends.
• Support leadership with insights for expansion and optimization.
