NKey Responsibilities

- Establish and uphold the overall design direction and quality benchmarks.

- Guide and review designteams to ensure alignment with client vision, concept integrity, and creative excellence.

- Solve complex design challenges with a clear and cutting-edge approach.
N2. Strategic Client Engagement

- Engage with CXOs, business heads, and senior stakeholders to understand their goals, culture, and aspirations.

- Present design strategies and narratives with confidence and clarity.

- Build long-term partnerships through impactful delivery and client trust.

Team Management & Mentorship

- Lead and inspire a teamof architects and interior designers.

- Encourage a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.

- Define and implement team workflows, review systems, and design protocols.

- Oversee multiple workplace projects from concept to completion.

- Conduct design reviews,material audits, and on-site quality checks.

- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and design specifications.
