About the Role
We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead and grow our Tamil Nadu business. The role will have end-to-end ownership of regional revenue, project closures, collections, sales pipeline, and team performance in the sports infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & revenue targets for Tamil Nadu.
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation → site visit → proposal → negotiation → project closure → collections.
Lead high-value project sales ranging from ₹2 Lakhs to ₹1 Cr+.
Develop new markets, channels, key accounts, and strategic business opportunities.
Lead and manage Field Sales & Telesales teams, including target setting and performance reviews.
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, site visits, proposals, closures, and collections.
Ensure 100% CRM discipline and accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting.
Take ownership of client negotiations, commercial discussions, and major deal closures.




Drive timely collections and reduce outstanding receivables.
Build relationships with developers, schools, colleges, corporates, sports academies, clubs, institutions, and commercial operators.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Execution, and Accounts for smooth project delivery and client commitments.
Conduct regular business reviews and present performance, forecasts, and action plans to the Director.
Preferred Experience
8–12 years of experience in B2B, project sales, infrastructure, construction, real estate, or related industries.
Proven experience in regional sales/business management and high-value project closures.
Robust experience in team leadership, revenue ownership, negotiations, CRM, and collections.
Experience in sports infrastructure or allied industries will be an advantage.
