We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer who can take ownership of complex systems, work across multiple technology stacks, and lead/mentor junior developers.
The role involves working on IoT and AI-driven systems, with strong exposure to architecture, system integration, distributed systems, and scalable application development.
? Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, develop and maintain scalable systems
Lead complex features and technical initiatives across projects
Design and implement APIs and system integrations
Ensure code quality, performance and reliability
Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering teams
Mentor junior developers and guide them on technical best practices
Evaluate new technologies and frameworks
Participate in code reviews and troubleshooting
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
? What We're Looking For
6+ years of relevant software development experience
At least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead / Technical Lead role.
The role will involve approximately 60% team leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance and 40% hands-on development.
Strong experience in system architecture and complex application development
Proficiency across multiple programming languages/technology stacks
Experience with APIs, integrations and distributed systems
Exposure to AI/ML or AI-driven applications
Strong understanding of software design principles
Experience mentoring or leading a team of developers
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
