As a Benefits Specialist/Sr Specialist at Multiplier, you will play a crucial
role in designing and executing the company's global benefits plan while
ensuring compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
* 8-10 years of experience in a high-growth global startup, with solid
communication and confident leadership skills.
* MBA from a Tier 2 college.
SKILLS
* Excellent analytical skills and communication skilss
* Ability to work cross-functionally
* Experience in pricing, procurement, or partnerships within the
benefits/insurance domain.
* Strong negotiation skills to lead procurement discussions and enhance
coverage, lower costs, and improve terms.
* Knowledge of global employee benefits markets, pricing models, and
procurement processes.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills to handle escalations
* Experience in benefits administration, including Carta administration and
reporting.
* Ability to oversee vendor reconciliation and payments of insurance invoices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead the HR audit and work with Auditors and provide data inputs
* Work with cross functional stakeholders to complete audits in time
* Manage benefits partnerships with insurers, TPAs, and wellness providers
* Lead procurement discussions to enhance coverage, lower costs, and improve
terms.
* Continuously analyze global benefits market trends and competitor offerings
to provide intelligence for Insurance & benefits renewal
* Onboarding Employees on the benefits portal
* Lead the administration of ESOPs, including Carta administration and
reporting.
