Role Description This full-time, on-site Territory Sales Officer role is based in Coimbatore and Madurai. The Territory Sales Officer will manage and grow sales within the assigned territory,



ensuring effective distribution of RSPL products across various retail and wholesale channels. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, monitoring stock levels, executing trade promotions, and ensuring visibility and availability of key brands at outlet level. The role also involves planning and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking market trends and competitor activities, and providing timely, accurate sales reports. The Territory Sales Officer will collaborate closely with the regional sales team and cross-functional stakeholders to support overall business objectives in the territory.
Qualifications

Solid skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding territory targets.
Experience in Distribution Management, including managing stock, supply, and coverage across retail and wholesale networks.
Proficiency in Channel Sales and Business developme
