Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across TCIS’s social media channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing social media strategies, managing content calendars, writing posts, creating or coordinating visual assets, monitoring platform analytics, and responding to comments and messages.



The Social Media Manager will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to highlight school activities, events, and achievements, and ensure messaging aligns with TCIS’s educational philosophy. The role also involves tracking trends, optimizing campaigns, and preparing performance reports to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and growing online communities.
Strong skills in content creation, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and familiarity with multimedia tools.
Ability to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with institutional goals and branding guidelines.
Competence in using social media analytics tools to measure performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a solid sense of audience and tone.
