Job Summary

Deccan Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial planning and reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, and financial controls.
The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, FMCG, or related industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, effective accounting processes, and timely financial reporting to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the monthly auditing of the Accounts team, including day-to-day activities,



accounting entries, and preparation of financial and MIS statements.
Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports are prepared, reviewed, and checked before presenting them to management.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Plan and monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
Maintain Fixed Asset Registers and oversee inventory accounting.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
Supervise, guide, and mentor the Accounts team to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Support management with financial analysis and MIS reports for strategic decision-making.
