We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in IM Operations to support daily cash transaction processing, Portfolio level regulatory reporting and operational controls within the Investment Management Operations organization

In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position within the within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:
- Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes, risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process
- Train others,



allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required
- Share expert knowledge across the team, contribute to team output and development, building relationships across the Firm
- Receive and review cash transaction instructions from Middle Office and other authorized business partners
Accurately post cash transactions and related activity within the Aladdin platform
- Perform portfolio-level data quality checks to confirm portfolios are transparent of known data issues before they are released for downstream use or consumption.
- Review key portfolio data elements for completeness, accuracy, and consistency across instructions, operational records, and supporting datasets.
- Identify, document, and track data quality exceptions that may impact cash posting, portfolio accounting, valuation, reporting, or consumer usage.
