The Role
As Head of Product, you'll own the end-to-end product vision and strategy — translating the company's mission into a roadmap that balances user experience, health outcomes, and business growth. You'll partner closely with Founders, Design, and Engineering to build products that are trusted by consumers and clinically sound.

Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Lead and grow a high-performing product team
Partner closely with Founders, Design, and Engineering to translate strategy into shipped outcomes
Deeply understand user needs and logistical nuances to shape product decisions




Establish solid product processes — discovery, prioritization, and metrics-driven iteration
Ensure products meet relevant health, privacy, and compliance standards
Drive a culture of user obsession, data-informed decisions, and fast iteration
Requirements
12 - 18 years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record building and scaling consumer tech products (quick commerce or consumer spaces a strong plus)
Strong sense for consumer UX combined with the ability to navigate compliance-heavy domains
Experience leading and mentoring product teams
Data-driven approach to product decisions, comfortable owning metrics and outcomes
Excellent communication skills; comfortable operating closely with founders in a fast-paced environment
