Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chartered Accountant role based in Navi Mumbai. The Chartered Accountant will manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, Income Tax, TDS,



and related regulatory filings for enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial records, preparing tax computations and returns, handling tax assessments and notices, performing reconciliations, and ensuring adherence to statutory deadlines. The role involves interpreting tax laws and regulations, advising internal teams and clients on compliance matters, and supporting implementation and validation of Figment’s tax automation products. The Chartered Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare documentation and audit trails, and contribute to process improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
Qualifications

Should possess strong expertise in direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, Income Tax, and TDS, with experience in return filing, reconciliation, and handling tax notices.
