Role Description The Leasing Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for managing lease-related activities and supporting occupancy goals for Boxoffice Space workspaces. This role includes engaging prospective and existing clients, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding clients through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.



The Leasing Professional will handle lease documentation, maintain accurate records, assist with renewals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction. Daily activities also involve addressing client questions and concerns, promoting resident retention through proactive relationship management, and providing consistent, high-quality customer service aligned with the company’s standards.
