Role Description The Education Growth Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on expanding AcceleratorX’s presence in the education and ed-tech ecosystem by identifying growth opportunities, nurturing institutional and corporate partnerships,



and supporting learner acquisition and retention initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with universities, training institutes, and industry partners, managing outreach campaigns, and coordinating events, webinars, and info sessions to promote programs. The executive will track and report on key growth metrics, collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and offerings, and provide feedback from learners and partners to inform program improvements. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups, and representing the brand professionally in all external interactions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in business development and partnership management within education, ed-tech, or related sectors.
Experience with sales, lead generation, and conversion processes, including managing pipelines and using CRM tools.
