Role Description The Guest Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Surpura Bagh in Jodhpur. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring that every guest receives courteous and productive service throughout their stay. Day-to-day tasks include handling guest inquiries and feedback, coordinating with housekeeping, front office,



and food and beverage teams, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. The Guest Relations Manager will maintain accurate guest records, oversee reservations and special requests, and support the implementation of service standards and guest experience initiatives. The role also involves supervising guest-facing staff as needed, training team members on service etiquette, and contributing ideas to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
Strong guest service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously in person, on the phone, and in writing.
Experience in hospitality operations, including front office or guest relations, and familiarity with check-in/check-out, reservations, and basic billing procedures.
Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple guest requests, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues calml
