Role: Performance Marketing Specialist

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Paid Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and scale campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) as primary acquisition channels
Manage agency relationships and media budgets
Drive performance marketing analytics using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Firebase, Mixpanel
Run A/B testing on creatives, landing pages & audiences
Build remarketing and customer lifecycle/CRM campaigns
Collaborate with product, growth, and tech teams on funnel optimization

Requirements:
3–5 years in Paid Media / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
Experience in Fintech, Stock Broking, BFSI, or Startups
Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Attribution Tools (AppsFlyer/Adjust)
Robust data-driven and analytical mindset
Google Ads / Meta Certification preferred
