Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for driving occupancy growth and brand visibility for ORA Senior Care. This role includes engaging with prospective residents and families,



conducting facility tours, understanding care needs, and presenting appropriate service offerings. The specialist will execute sales plans, follow up on leads, maintain a strong pipeline, and build relationships with hospitals, physicians, community organizations, and referral partners. Day-to-day tasks involve implementing marketing campaigns, managing local outreach activities and events, supporting digital and offline promotion, and tracking performance metrics. The role also includes collaborating with clinical and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging, providing training support on sales practices, and delivering high-quality customer service in every interaction.
