Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate / Business Development Associate, based in Bengaluru North. The role involves engaging with prospective buyers and investors, understanding their requirements,



and presenting suitable real estate options from Square Yards’ portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting property consultations and site visits, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and coordinating with developers, agents, and internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. The associate will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up with leads, and provide post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and referrals. The role also requires active participation in local market research, promotional activities, and business development initiatives to expand the customer base and build long-term relationships.
