Role Description The Commission Sales Associate will work full time on-site in Mumbai, driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities for Bijlee.AI.



Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting rooftop solar operators, EPCs, consultants, and asset owners, conducting outreach via calls, meetings, and events, and delivering clear product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success. The Commission Sales Associate will maintain accurate records of leads and deals, gather market feedback, and support the development of sales strategies and materials. Success in this role is measured by recent accounts closed, portfolio growth, and long-term client relationships built on trust and performance.
