Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to run day-to-day manufacturing operations across our paper converting and packaging lines — spoon paper wrapping, laminated cake base, silver (metalized) pouch production, and POS roll slitting. You will own production planning, line performance, quality, and manpower across these four product lines, ensuring on-time output, consistent quality, and protected, efficient plant operations while driving continuous improvement in yield, wastage, and cost.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
• Plan,



schedule and run daily production across spoon paper wrapping, laminated cake base, silver pouch, and POS roll slitting lines to meet order commitments and delivery timelines.
• Build and lead shift-wise teams of machine operators, technicians, electricians and line supervisors for each product line; ensure adequate manning and cross-training across lines.
• Manage machine-wise output and efficiency for wrapping machines, lamination plant, pouch-making machines and slitting/rewinding machines, including changeovers, downtime reduction and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, work instructions and process parameters for each product line; ensure line-wise adherence and periodic audits.
• Monitor and control key process parameters — lamination bond strength, wrapping seal integrity, pouch barrier/seal quality, slitting width tolerance and roll winding quality — to meet customer specifications.
