Trendlance Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a Hyderabad-based software company. Alongside our client work, we build and own our own products — the first of which, Fameo, is a verified community platform for India's creators, influencers and public figures, already live on the App Store and Google Play. You'll join Trendlance and help the team move faster by automating the systems that power our product and operations.

The Role
This is a hybrid of two skills: workflow automation and light full-stack development, weighted roughly
equally. You'll build and connect automations that save the team hours — wiring together our tools, data flows, notifications and internal processes — and you'll also write real code to build small features, integrations and internal tools where a no-code platform isn't enough.
You'll work closely with the founder and the development team, learning on a live product. This is a
hands-on, 6-month internship with the possibility of a full-time offer for robust performers (not guaranteed).
What You'll Do
• Design, build and maintain automations using n8n, Make.com and Zapier — connecting apps, APIs
and internal tools
• Automate repetitive workflows across support, notifications, data syncing and operations
• Integrate third-party services and APIs into automated pipelines (webhooks, REST APIs)
• Write light full-stack code to build small features, internal tools and custom integrations where no-code isn't enough
• Help connect front-end and back-end pieces to APIs and databases
• Test your automations and code, and document how each workflow runs
• Spot manual, repetitive tasks across the company and propose automations to remove them
