We are expanding our operations team and are looking for 2 Zonal Operations Managers to oversee our educational campuses across India.

? Base Location: Bangalore

Who are we looking for :
Someone with 2+ years of hands-on operations experience, preferably in educational institutions, coaching institutes, universities, residential campuses or EdTech.

The role involves managing multiple campuses, conducting regular campus visits, working closely with on-ground teams, resolving operational challenges, implementing SOPs and ensuring consistent standards across locations .

Hostel & Residential Campus Operations:
- Take complete operational oversight of hostels and residential facilities across assigned campuses.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of student accommodation, including room allocation, occupancy, housekeeping, maintenance and general upkeep.
- Regularly inspect hostel rooms, common areas, washrooms,



reading/study areas and other student facilities.
- Monitor mess and food operations, including food quality, hygiene, menu adherence and vendor performance.
- Ensure timely resolution of student complaints related to accommodation, food, housekeeping, maintenance, electricity, water, internet and other essential services.
- Coordinate with property owners, facility teams, maintenance vendors, housekeeping and security teams.
- Monitor hostel discipline, safety and security standards and ensure appropriate escalation of reliable issues.
- Track occupancy, vacancies, room readiness and movement of students across campuses.
- Ensure all campuses maintain defined standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety and student experience.
- Conduct regular hostel audits during campus visits and follow up until identified issues are completely resolved.
- Manage operational emergencies and escalations that may arise in residential campuses.
