Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. In this position, the associate identifies and qualifies prospective clients, supports lead generation campaigns, and follows up on inquiries to convert leads into business opportunities. The role involves conducting basic market research on loan products and competitor offerings, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, and explaining product features in a clear and professional manner. The associate collaborates with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth onboarding of clients, while maintaining regular communication to build long-term relationships.



Daily responsibilities also include maintaining records in CRM tools, meeting defined sales targets, and representing the organization in a qualified and ethical manner.
Qualifications
Strong presentation abilities, including creating and delivering effective presentations to individuals and groups.
Proficiency in lead generation activities, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
Capability to conduct basic market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet defined targets and deadlines.
