nickPat Media is a quick-growing influencer marketing & talent management agency based in Mumbai, specializing in Marathi creators. We've partnered with 150+ brands across our campaigns ?

We're looking for an HR & Finance Executive to join our growing team — an all-rounder who can handle both the people and the numbers side.

? Location: Remote — but Mumbai-based candidates only (must be based in Mumbai)
? Type: Full-time
? Experience: Minimum 1 year

⚠️ Important: Marathi proficiency is a MUST for this role. Please apply only if you are fluent in Marathi.

What You'll Do (HR):
End-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding
Employee records, attendance & leave management
Team engagement, culture & internal communication
Handling employee queries and basic HR policies

What You'll Do (Finance):
Vendor & creator payments, invoicing,



and receivables tracking
Payroll inputs & reimbursements (coordinated with our accounts team)
Basic expense tracking, reconciliation & documentation

Required Skills:
Marathi proficiency — mandatory
Effective communication (verbal & written)
Strong people management & interpersonal skills
Time management and the ability to multitask
Basic accounting knowledge (MS Excel / Tally familiarity is a plus)
Must be based in Mumbai
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Nice to Have:
Prior experience in a media, marketing, or creator/talent agency
