Role Description The Student Counselor role is a full-time, in office position based in Kochi. The counselor will guide students through choosing suitable courses, universities, and countries, based on their academic profile, interests, and career aspirations. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining study abroad options, supporting application and documentation processes, and coordinating with parents or guardians.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records, responding to inquiries in person, by phone, and online, and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the student journey. The counselor may also participate in educational fairs, workshops, and outreach activities to promote the organization’s services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to advise learners on academic pathways and future opportunities.
