We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong Python development and hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM productization to join our team.

? Key Skills & Responsibilities

LLM & GenAI Engineering
6–8+ years of strong Python development experience
3+ years of hands-on experience working on AI/GenAI projects
Experience productizing AI solutions for enterprise/production environments
Hands-on experience with commercial LLMs
Strong understanding of prompting patterns and structured outputs
Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures, including ingestion pipelines and chunking strategies
Experience with vector databases/vector search, indexing,



similarity search and metadata filtering
Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) patterns
Experience designing MCP servers/tool endpoints and integrating them with LLM applications
Experience with agentic workflows and A2A patterns, including multi-agent collaboration such as Planner, Executor, Reviewer and Retriever agents

Programming & Engineering
Advanced Python skills with experience in APIs, pipelines and AI orchestration
Java / ReactJS experience is an added advantage
Strong software engineering and API development practices
Demonstrated ability to use GitHub Copilot for rapid code scaffolding, service/API development and productivity acceleration

Data Skills
Solid SQL skills
Experience with SQL Server
Good understanding of queries, joins and indexing
Ability to design effective data-access patterns for AI applications
Microsoft Fabric knowledge is an added advantage
