Role Description The Business Development Executive role at Crio.Do is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients and institutional partners. On a day-to-day basis, the executive will conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, present Crio.Do’s offerings, and negotiate terms to close deals. The role also includes managing and nurturing client accounts,



gathering feedback to improve offerings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess Business acumen and Account Management skills to manage relationships, understand client needs, and drive long-term value.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, education technology, or training services is beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
