Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in digital product development, particularly in building and enhancing customer-facing and internal portals, web applications, and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in understanding user needs, defining user-centric solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, high-impact digital experiences.




This role requires a blend of business analysis, product thinking, and user experience (UX) understanding, ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with user expectations and business goals.
This role will serve across multiple product teams and collaborate with product owners, development leads, design leads, and data teams to run discovery, document and maintain requirements, and enhance digital applications that translate business needs into web-based solutions. Robust interpersonal and inquisitive skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication, are critical for this role. Experience in business analysis, product management, and agile delivery is fundamental. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a mix of analytical thinking, organization, collaboration, and technical skills. This role will report to the VP of Digital Products.
