Role Description The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations of a functional team, ensuring smooth coordination across production, quality, and customer-facing activities in line with Ayurvedic wellness standards. Responsibilities include planning workloads, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and feedback to team members. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, tracking key metrics, preparing reports for management, and driving process improvements to meet organizational goals.



The Team Lead will also support training, uphold safety and compliance standards, and help maintain a positive, inclusive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
Strong team leadership, people management, and mentoring skills, with the ability to coordinate and motivate diverse team members.
Operational and organizational skills, including task planning, workflow management, and process improvement capabilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring performance, addressing issues, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Understanding or strong interest in Ayurveda, herbal products, or wellness industries (prior experience in these domains is an advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Management, Life Science
