Senior Category Manager – Beauty & Personal Care

Experience: 4–5+ Years
We are looking for a Senior Category Manager – Beauty & Personal Care with strong experience in E-commerce and Beauty/Personal Care to drive category growth, business performance and brand partnerships.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Own the Beauty & Personal Care category and drive sales, revenue & profitability
• Manage product assortment, SKU selection and new product launches
• Identify, onboard and manage beauty brands/vendors
• Handle buying, sourcing, purchase & commercial negotiations
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, sell-through & ageing
• Drive online merchandising, promotions & category visibility
• Analyse business reports,



market trends & consumer behaviour
• Build strong relationships within the Beauty industry
• Lead and mentor the team and manage strategic projects
? Looking For:
✔️ 4–5+ years of relevant experience in Beauty & Personal Care + E-commerce
✔️ Candidates from Nykaa, Myntra, Purplle or Amazon preferred
✔️ Robust negotiation, category management & people skills
✔️ Good understanding of merchandising, sourcing, supply & digital marketing
✔️ Strong industry network and awareness of beauty trends
✔️ Willingness to work from Pune HO
