Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for drywall, partition, false ceiling, and interior fit-out projects.
Analyze the project drawings, specifications, BOQs & tender Documents.
Conduct the qty take-offs from architectural & Shop Drawings.
Prepare the material, labor, equipment, subcontractor & overhead cost calculations
Coordinate with vendors & subcontractors for obtaining competitive quotations & rate updating.
Identify project risks & inform the Departmental Head to suggest the contingency plan.
Ensure timely submission of Techno- commercial proposals.
Monitor market pricing trends for drywall materials, framing systems, gypsum board, Insulation, ceiling systems & accessories.
Establish & maintain standard costing databases.




10.Understand the project profitability & recommend cost-saving options.
11.Support procurement teams with technical & commercial evaluations.
