About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and agile Senior Business Development Manager / Team Leader to spearhead our growth initiatives in India. This role involves leading a team of business development professionals, leveraging existing networks, and expanding our IB and client base. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Forex and CFD trading industries, with strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through client acquisition, increasing trading volumes, and fostering long-term relationships with IBs, affiliates, and high-value clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely within a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing directly to PU Prime’s expansion in a key emerging market.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the Forex and CFD industry. Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams or business development units is essential. Candidates with an existing team, active IB network, and a robust client portfolio will be given preference.
