The Futures Content team is responsible for creating differentiated and value-added content and analyses around cross-asset futures markets, and engaging with institutional clients to drive Listed Derivatives revenues. We develop frameworks, rooted in a fundamental understanding of futures markets, to identify trading opportunities based on positioning, liquidity, and costs.

Global Markets Group is the offshoring arm of Morgan Stanley's Sales & Trading businesses in India. It covers functions across IED and Fixed Income Division (FID) ranging from those associated with sales, trading, analytics, strats to risk management.

What you'll do in the role:
- Working on Exploratory Data Analysis on historical time series data using Python (primary libraries: Pandas, Numpy, matplotlib, datetime).
- Pulling various stats & creating content around several market metrics like returns, liquidity, open interest changes, volumes, etc.
- Develop Analytics framework around options on futures datasets.
- Scheduling and running Jupyter notebooks, VBA macros that pull in the latest data inputs, refresh calculations, apply the methodology and generate positioning
