Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Mumbai. The Travel Consultant will advise customers on travel options, including flights and accommodations, based on their preferences and budgets. Responsibilities include handling travel arrangements and reservations,



issuing and modifying tickets, coordinating visa and documentation requirements, and ensuring all bookings comply with company policies and partner regulations. The role involves providing responsive, high-quality customer service through in-person, phone, and digital channels, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records in booking systems. The Travel Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth travel experiences and may support sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
