Day-to-day tasks include providing legal guidance to internal teams, responding to legal and compliance queries, coordinating with external counsel or regulatory bodies as needed, and contributing to policy development, standard operating procedures, and training materials. The role also involves maintaining organized legal records, supporting internal audits, and helping resolve legal issues that may impact operations or client engagements.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Law and experience addressing Legal Issues relevant to clinical research, healthcare, or life sciences.
Demonstrated ability in Legal Consulting,



providing practical guidance to cross-functional business teams.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including contracts, policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or equivalent legal qualification; bar membership or license to practice is an advantage.
Experience in regulatory compliance, data protection, and quality systems (knowledge of ISO standards or GxP is beneficial).
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a structured approach to issue spotting and risk assessment.
