Role Description The Partner Success Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with channel, academic, and enterprise partners. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for partners, understanding their goals,



and aligning AI CERTs® solutions and certifications to meet their business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include onboarding current partners, coordinating enablement and training sessions, tracking partner performance and revenue, and resolving operational or service-related issues in a timely manner. The Partner Success Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to support joint go-to-market initiatives, optimize partner engagement, and provide data-driven insights to improve partner satisfaction and retention. The individual is expected to maintain clear communication, prepare regular reports on partner activities, and contribute to scalable processes that enhance the overall partner ecosystem.
