Position Title : Senior Fundraising Manager
Full Time Job: 8 hours a day with flexibility to be available for meetings between 7 PM to 10 PM IST, included in the 40 hour work week and some weekend hours maybe be needed for events
Location : Chennai
Mode : Hybrid (2 days a week in Nungambakkam office - other days can be remote)
Work Experience: 4-8 years experience in Fundraising and CSR Management
Salary Range – Rs.50,000 - Rs.65,000 per month (Indian Rupees) (Based on experience)
Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven fundraising qualified to lead CSR partnerships, donor engagement, grant applications, and corporate volunteering initiatives. The role will be responsible for expanding SSF's funding base, nurturing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional partner stewardship.

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & CSR Partnerships
- Raise funds through CSR programs, Foundations, HNIs, and Individual donors
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate partners, as per SSF mission / scholarship policy. Keep the pipeline updated and publish
