Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads,



and building a robust sales pipeline across DALMAF’s service offerings. The Business Development Executive will engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, present suitable service solutions, and support contract closure in coordination with internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include client outreach via calls, meetings, and digital channels; maintaining relationships with existing accounts; and tracking business performance metrics. The role also includes collaborating with operations and marketing teams to refine service offerings, gather market feedback, and support strategic growth initiatives.
