Responsible for overall implementation, maintenance and improvement of Integrated Management system which includes:
IRIS (ISO/TS 22163)
QMS (ISO 9001)
EMS (ISO 14001)
OHMS (ISO 45001)
Ensuring periodic review & audit of System documents / procedures to ensure it’s alignment to get intended advantages and continual improvements.
Reporting on the performance of the IMS to the top management for review and any recommendation for improvement of these systems.
Ensure periodic review of Quality improvements projects and participation in external events (CII/QCFI).
Liaison with external parties on matters relating to IMS management system certification.
Ensuring the promotion of customer focus & Quality culture throughout the organization.
Ensuring periodic review of IMS / IRIS Risk Assessment with involvement of respective function.
Ensuring that the integrity of the IMS /IRIS is maintained when changes are planned and implemented.
Conduct Internal audits (IRIS, QMS, EMS,OHMS, Process, Special process, Configuration, WIM/QRQC maturity, Respect of product, etc.) & IMS external / certification audits.
Ensuring the implementation of assigned activities under Quality VSM & MCP as applicable.
Ensuring the implementation of assigned activities under WEP / WMS, as applicable.
Ensuring weekly & monthly MIS update.
Ensuring Quality campaign, periodic trainings to strengthen Quality culture.
Responsible for achievement of target sets for the area responsible.
Provided with organizational freedom to resolve matters pertaining to Quality, EHS as well as IMS and to Stop development / production / delivery / field support activities etc., if Product Quality & EHS as well as IMS requirements are not met
