Role Purpose: Responsible for timely planning & execution of all identified training needs at PAN INDIA level for Banca Sales, Collections NFTEs, ensuring productivity management of pre-defined business metrics to achieve the ROI on training imparted, ability to analyze data/MIS to identify training-related gaps across all LOB's. Formulation and execution of Training Team Development plan and managing the Life cycle of NFTE and FTE Team members, the incumbent is responsible for creating and executing robust training mechanisms through the Train The Trainer model for NON SALES training set up across the country.

Role Accountability:
Understand the diversity and challenges across sales channels and prepare training strategies, keeping in view a solution-centric approach.
Ensure the application of appropriate training theories/approaches for various training programs, such as job aids, facilitator and participant guides, on-the-job training systems, tutorials, and demonstration models.




Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify current and future training needs at the Pan-India Level for Banca & Collection, preparing and implementing the action plan for training activities across circles for ~22k NFTEs.
Manage sales orientation programs for newly joined FTE's (ASM, Manager, AVP) and ensure best in-class orientation experience for them.
Ensure initiatives & expansion of non sales training to create impact & identify opportunities to enhance product/process understanding by non sales staff.
Conduct RAG analysis for recent joiners and tweak OJT and hiring projections accordingly.
Drive quality of training coverage data & learning efficiency through random quality checks by ATM/RTM.
Ensure achievement of New Hire M1, M2 & M3 Productivity Slope for Sales NFTE as per published channel-wise metrics.
Conduct additional training of PSA/partner bank staff as required, such as the High Vintage Low Performers program, prevention of RTB, product/process training for SBI branch sta
