Job Description
This Role
Provides leadership and technical oversight for corporate accounting operations, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting,



compliance requirements, client service activities, and team performance while driving process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
You'll oversee the preparation and review of complex accounting deliverables, including financial statements, bookkeeping activities, general ledger reconciliations, management company accounts, intercompany accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, record-to-report processes, tax-related activities, and corporate accounting deliverables for allocated clients.
You'll lead, coach, and develop Accountants, Senior Accountants, and new team members by providing technical guidance, performance feedback, training, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables, continuous learning, and solid team performance.
