Role: Academic Counsellor – US Market
We are looking for confident, target-driven individuals with solid communication and sales skills to join our Global Sales team. You will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child's learning requirements, and drive enrolments through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with parents in the US market through calls.
Understand children's learning needs and recommend suitable programs.
Explain BrightCHAMPS courses and handle parent queries.
Convert leads into enrolments through consultative sales.
Follow up with interested parents and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
Handle objections professionally and provide a positive customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with US-based customers.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in inside sales, telesales, BPO, counselling, edtech, or international sales is an advantage.
