Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team.

The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all estimating activities.

Freshers can Apply - Who have First Class Scored in B.Tech Civil Engineering.

Experience - 01 - 04 Years in Estimation
Salary - 22,000 - 40,000 Per Month

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.




Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
RFQ for Project Materials from Vendors
Prepare Cost Estimates for Specific Project
Obtain and review quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Conduct site visits and assessments when necessary to gather data for accurate estimations.
Support operations in Project Cost Control
Maintain accurate records of all estimates, revisions, and project costs.
Provide support in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Assist in preparing and submitting project bids and proposals

Must Have
B.Tech - Civil, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Valuable Mathematical Skills
Strong knowledge of construction materials, method
