Role Description: The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving new business opportunities and strengthening APS’s presence in the real estate consulting market.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing prospective clients across corporate, retail, industrial, and residential segments, managing lead pipelines, and conducting client meetings and presentations. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and corporate decision-makers, while understanding their requirements and aligning APS solutions accordingly. The Business Development Manager will track market trends, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of mandates. The role also includes preparing sales reports, contributing to business growth strategies, and representing APS at industry events and networking forums.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within real estate, consulting, or related industries.
