Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing day-to-day sales operations. This role includes leading and coaching a sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent execution of sales processes and scripts.



The Sales Team Lead will collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align campaigns with sales goals, optimize conversion funnels, and refine objection-handling approaches. Daily responsibilities involve reviewing sales metrics, conducting pipeline reviews, supporting high-ticket closing, and ensuring excellent customer interactions. The role also includes contributing to SOP improvements, implementing best practices in CRM usage, and providing regular performance reports to management.
